HVAC stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. HVAC systems supply heating and cooling for commercial and residential buildings. At Broughton EAP, we have decades of experience to draw upon when it comes to supplying HVAC solutions.

The benefits of HVAC systems

There are many advantages attached to investing in HVAC equipment. HVAC solutions are appearing in more and more buildings. If your current heating and cooling units are no longer as effective as they once were, it may well be time to invest in HVAC. By doing so, you can reduce your energy costs, increase comfort and therefore productivity if you’re running a business and add value to your home or business premises. We can come to your assistance if you do need help with selecting the right HVAC solution for your requirements.

Decades of experience

We have been designing and manufacturing climate control and HVAC equipment for more than 30 years and continue to produce products that meet the ever-changing requirements of today’s homeowners and businesses. We are one of Europe’s best-known and most-trusted manufacturers of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment, with our products being used by customers all over the world.

The key parts of HVAC systems

One of the main parts of an HVAC system is the furnace. The furnace is tasked with moving air from the heat exchanger to the air ducts. The heat exchanger adds heat to incoming air, with the evaporator coil absorbing heat from the air that passes over it. Condensing units work in a similar manner to the evaporator coil and are found in outdoor HVAC systems. Refrigerant tubes connect the condensing coil to the evaporator coil. The thermostat is used to control temperatures and allows you to switch features on and off. Air ducts move air throughout your space, with air entering via vents. Heat pumps are used to take heat from the inside to the outside in warmer weather, performing the opposite task during the colder months.

Solutions for residential and commercial customers

HVAC systems for businesses are generally bigger and more powerful than solutions created for residential customers. Bespoke options are available if you do have specific requirements. When you are looking for the right HVAC solution, you need to think about the space that you have available as well as your budget. HVAC systems are used by businesses from all kinds of sectors and are heavily associated with factories and warehouses in particular.
